Caen – Middlefield (LP)

Caen is a solo project of Gordon Ashworth (Concern, Oscillating Innards). Caen is based on simple tape loops of melodic sounds, expanded into minimal and lo-fi vignettes of crude, textural drones, each piece recorded late at night. ” Middlefield” is a collection of material spanning 2003-2013, previously released on cassette by Ekhein, Gutter Rash, Iatrogenesis, and Monorail Trespassing.The record has been pressed on 140 gr black vinyl with black label and black inner sleeve and comes in a deluxe silver silkscreen on black cardboard sleeve, limited to 99 copies w/insert in luxury 160 gr ivory paper.
