Mike Kelley: American performance artist and installation artist born 27 October 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, USA and died 31 January 2012 from an apparent suicide in South Pasadena, California, USA. He acted as performer and producer in Punk Band Destroy All Monsters, also been member of Extended Organ with Paul McCarthy, Joe Potts, Tom Recchion & Fred Nilsen.
