Throughout 1987, Agog and Zan Hoffman released three cassettes with the Devi’s Augur project. These mail collaborations utilized the best of both artist’s abilities, combining Agog’s ethereal sense of sound with Zan Hoffman’s idiosyncratic and clever sampling techniques.
2x C62 compilation on red and green cassettes packaged in a black butterfly-styled case with two 4-panel inserts based on the original release art. Includes all three Devi’s Augur releases, “Fiery Mist”, “Why, This Is No Longer The New Age”, “Puzzling Portent”, alongside 30 minutes of unreleased material.
